Businessman Livio Bisterzo, CEO of Green Park Holdings and creator of healthy snack, Hippeas pledges to donate a percentage of sales to Farm Africa. He and Hippeas brand are partnering with the non-profit to end hunger in specific areas in the eastern part of the African country. The funds will go towards supporting economic growth and providing job opportunities in rural locations to inspire prosperity. Chickpea farmers now have the opportunity to build themselves, families, and communities by receiving support.
What’s amazing about the Hippeas Brand is that it just reached the markets in the United States and United Kingdom, in 2016. The snacks are sold in U.K. retails, including Boots, Waitrose, W. H. Smith, and Holland & Barrett. Americans can find Hippeas in more than 7,500 Starbucks stores in the U.S. for some of its popular flavors. Since the brand was launched in April of this year, its stores have increased to 18,500 in the U.S. and U.K.

Italian entrepreneur, Livio Bisterzo founded Green Park Holdings in 2015 and launched its new brand of healthy chickpea puff snacks one year later. Livio Bisterzo has nearly 15 years experience in entrepreneurship and the healthy food & beverage industry.
